Shanghai Enprinting Digital has built a full-chain product portfolio covering four major segments: self-developed equipment, branded OEM printers, proprietary eco-friendly inks, complementary auxiliary machines, and specialized software. Its self-developed ENJET Yingjie series includes the complete lineup of dye-sublimation printers, belt-fed direct-to-garment devices, and white-ink heat-transfer printers; it also represents industry-leading printing machines from MIMAKI, Brother, Hope High-Tech, and others. The company’s own MOREINK eco-friendly inks are compatible with various printing processes such as dye-sublimation, reactive, acid-based, and heat-transfer printing. In addition, it offers配套 drying and powder-shaking equipment, along with exclusive color-management software for printing, providing a one-stop solution to meet customers’ entire production needs.
Relying on its comprehensive and diversified product system, several flagship ENJET models have been deployed at leading textile enterprises overseas, delivering tangible, quantifiable improvements in production efficiency: For BrightWear Apparel, a women’s polyester fabric manufacturer, Enprinting delivered an integrated ENJET DTF T605 drying-and-powder-shaking system, helping the customer increase the share of small-batch orders by 60%; OceanHome Textile, a home-textiles producer, adopted the ENJET i24-220 Pro wide-format dye-sublimation printer, enabling seamless large-format fabric printing while significantly enhancing color saturation and gradient transitions; Elite Sportswear Factory, a custom sportswear manufacturer, commissioned the ENJET i16-190 Pro high-speed industrial digital printing system, achieving a maximum production capacity of 600㎡/h, with intelligent automatic layout functions that substantially reduce labor costs; RoyalPrint Textile, a fabric-printing company, selected the ENJET E78-190 Pro dye-sublimation printer, cutting the time required to switch from sample production to mass production by more than half, while greatly improving the equipment’s long-term operational stability.
In terms of hardware and quality control, the equipment is equipped with self-developed print heads and a patented automatic cleaning mechanism. Multi-head models can reach peak capacities of up to 610㎡/h, with the entire series supporting a variety of print widths. All MOREINK inks carry multiple international environmental certifications and are compatible with most commercially available printed fabrics. The company operates a 2,500㎡ integrated manufacturing facility that combines equipment assembly, commissioning, and finished-product warehousing, featuring three standardized assembly lines and 72-hour continuous aging-test stations, ensuring rigorous quality control for every unit leaving the factory.
